Tips on how to read this blog:
If there's a certain topic you're curious about, I may have blogged about it already. Try looking in the archives. This is also a great place to look for a recipe or a restaurant review. Or you could search for it. Just know that this brings you to the top of what could be a very long page. You may want to use your browser to find the word on the page once it opens.
There are a lot of links within the site. Some of them lead you to another post on this site, some lead you to my sources (when necessary), and some lead you to products or companies that I'm talking about. Sometimes if you buy something from their websites, after clicking the link, I make a little commission. Thanks. I only support companies and products that I like and believe in. No blatant advertising for products or companies I know nothing about.
Sometimes I mention people by name rather than saying "A friend of mine..." or "A coworker..." There are already quite a few people reading this blog that I don't even know, so of course I don't expect everyone to know who I'm talking about when I drop names, but I thought it might be fun to notice recurring people, and you might see your own name in here at some point.
